Urban planning requires the specialists' attention in different fields by necessity, resulting in moving such planning towards creativity. The present study aims to identify the frameworks and standards related to the design of the sports city in an applied form based on the grounded theory. To this aim, a qualitative approach was adopted. The population included 18 experts in the field of urban planning and architecture, as well as sports management who were selected purposefully through semi-structured interviews. Coding was conducted in three stages of open, central, and selective. Validity and reliability of the data were confirmed by three participants and repeating the coding by two experts, respectively. Based on the results, the frameworks and standards of the sports city include city parks, sports venues, characteristics, physical structure, placement of sports venues and spaces, accessibility, livability, pride and brand of national honors, development, and existence of sports medicine centers. The relationship between intellectual capital and social capital with organizational performance in Ministry of sports and Youth Islamic Republic of Iran Ali Sajedi,1*, Hossein Talebiannia,21Ph.D Candidate of Sport Management University of Mazandaran Iran2Department of Physical Education, Tabriz Branch, Islamic Azad University, Tabriz, Iran*Corresponding Author Email: [email protected] Abstract: The aim of this study was to determination the relationship between intellectual capital and social capital with the staff organizational performance of sport and Youth ministry. The research method is descriptive and a correlation type. In terms of purpose, this research is an applied one and it was done in the form offield. The statistical population included 666 persons of the Youth and sport ministry staff and the maximum capacity of the samples as according to the Morgan table is 248 persons. In this study was used of Buntis (1998) intellectual capital questionnaire according to the Aghajanzadeh (2001) with 0.82 alpha, ongh social questionnaire of Nazmuhemmed (2005) with 0.93 alpha and organizational performance questionnaire of Asadi et al. (2009) with 0.86 alpha. To do statistical analysis has used of the multi-correlation and regression. The present study offers a paradigmatic model for a sports city’s design requirements. The study uses the grounded theory method of research. Interviews were made with 18 experts in this regard. نظریه ی لوتر گیولیک و لیندال ارویک؛پوسد کوربگرد آوری: مهدی یاراحمدی خراسانیPOSDCORBاصطلاح (POSDCORB) برای اولین بار توسط لوتر گیولیک و لیندال ارویک مطرح شد. (POSDCORB) در واقع لغت با مفهوم خاصی نیست، بلکه از کنار هم قرار گرفتن یک سری از حروف لاتین که اول یک سری وظایف مدیران می باشد تشکیل شده است. به بیان دیگرلوتر گیولیک و لیندال ارویک که یکی از دانشمندان معاصر علوم اداری می باشد، وظایف مدیر را در اصطلاح لاتین (POSDCORB) خلاصه می کند. این اصطلاح معنی خاصی ندارد و تنها برای کمک به حافظه وضع گردیده است. بنابر طبقه بندی گیولیک حروف لاتین اصطلاح نامبرده معرف وظایف مدیران به شرح زیر است:1- Planning ( برنامه ریزی ):برنامه ریزی در واقع شالوده ی مدیریت می باشد و شامل پیش بینی عملیات اساسی و تعیین طرق اجرای آن به منظور تامین هدف سازمان است.2- Organizing ( سازماندهی ):سازمان دهی در واقع بیان گر ساز وکار های هماهنگی است که مشخص می کند چه کسی به چه کسی باید گزارش دهد. در واقع  شامل تعیین حدود اختیارات است که طبق آن وظایف از هم تفکیک می شوند.3- Staffing ( کارگزینی ):کارگزینی و امور مترتب بر آن که شامل استخدام و کارآموزی و همچنین تامین شرایط مساعد کار و سایر موارد است یکی از مهمترین وظایف مدیران می باشد.4- Directing ( فرماندهی ):فرماندهی یکی از وظایف مدیران می باشد که  شامل عمل مداوم اخ دکتری تخصصی مدیریت ورزشی...ادامه مطلب
